Not your typical Patterson book...a very good "fantasy, sci-fi, romantic," story. I enjoyed reading it.

Typical Patterson, mushy mushy mushy. Happy ending of course. These are good books to read in between intense thinking books. Patterson always creates such vivid characters. You cheer for Michael & Jane; you will hate Hugh, jerk!!; and you will hate and then cry for (Vivienne). There were some holes in the "Imaginary friend" story line but ignore that and you will enjoy it.
