Suggested by the American Library Association in audio and worth it! Quite the disturbing story, though, about a series of serial murders in Italy. Don't know whether to be more upset about the murders or the ineptitude of the Italian police working the cases.

Interesting, slowly unfolds about a crime and a countryside. A pleasant read.

* 1/2 stars A true crime book by American writer Douglas Preston and Italian journalist Mario Spezi who investigate a series of murders that occurred between 1968 and 1985 and involved couples who were killed in the Italian province of Tuscany. Sounded intriguing, but often the story was more about the authors than the serial killer. Cannot recommend.
