Prior to wasting time on this book, please research the abysmal track record of the pathetic, and obviously nonperforming, Boston Consulting Group.

Negative 5 stars for pure garbage. Books like this are beyond stupidity, what idiots write them, and who owns those pathetic companies which publish them, as they never, ever sell profitably. Oooooohh, "we" (who have had all our jobs offshored, along with the technology and investment, and so on) have to "compete" with "foreign companies" (which means American based multinational facilities located in foreign countries and locales)! Does anything in this trashy book make sense? Negative. And who pays these clowns to write such drivel anyway?
