This is a good workout for beginners with enough in it for a moderate workout for intermediate yoga practitioners.

I prefer power yoga but this is a good alternative for those times when I have a bad cold and need to take it easier on my workouts.

Good for beginners with lots of tips and explanation on proper alignment and technique. Still challenging enough that there's something to aim for!
