Mueller compiles data from other manuals, then puts them in his text, but he has a history of demonstrating an inability of understanding things technical, both hardware and certainly software. I recall an earlier edition where he simply was unable to explain how to ascertain what the BIOS was (unplug the keyboard prior to boot up - - powering on, duuuuhhh!). Will find much factual data, simply not computer savvy stuff from a computer savvy type, which Mueller is definitely not!
