This guide is packed with good travel information and tips based on the extensive experience of the disabled author. The fact that it is in its 3rd edition (2009 printing) underscores its value to readers and disabled travelers. The cover photo showing a lighthouse and the keeper's home illustrates the challenges this guide helps to reveal in trip planning as the light tower is undoubtedly inaccessible even though the house has a good wheelchair ramp. Lists at the back of this guide provide extensive links to resources, support groups, etc.
