good, fast, but doesnt give the count very often or at all sometimes, which is important for dance, and especially for ballroom dance.
This workout is great fun for the the ballroom dance lover! Julianne is fun, perky and high energy. The choreography is not too challenging, but you will have to do it a few times to get it right, especially the hip and arm movements. By the second dance you will definitely feel your legs and heart pumping.
